安徽省民宿空间分布特征及其影响因素

The Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Homestays in Anhui Province

依托乡村振兴工作的不断推进,近年来近郊型乡村旅游获得了较大的发展,而作为旅游住宿业的新型业态,民宿以其个性化、差异化的服务受到市场的青睐。中国民宿业品牌化、专业化的趋势凸显,且在很多地区形成了集群分布。选取安徽省的民宿作为研究对象,获取区域内高精度的民宿POI数据,利用GIS空间分析和多因素逐步回归分析方法,对安徽省的民宿空间分布特征及其影响因素进行深入研究,得出以下结论:①安徽省民宿在空间上已形成两个高度集聚的民宿集群;②省域内民宿呈明显的不均衡分布,主要分布于皖南地区及合肥地区;③基于对18个影响因子的分析发现安徽民宿分布的主要影响因素为公路网密度,同时森林覆盖率、旅游景区分布及人口密度对安徽的民宿分布也产生显著影响。

Relying on the continuous advancement of rural revitalization work,suburban rural tourism has achieved great development in recent years.As a new type of tourism accommodation industry,homestays are favored by consumers for their personalized and differentiated services.The trend of branding and specialization of China's homestay industry is prominent,and clusters have been formed in many regions.Selecting the homestay clusters in Anhui Province as the research object,obtaining high-precision POI data of homestays in this area,and using GIS spatial analysis and multi-factor stepwise regression analysis methods to conduct in-depth research on the spatial distribution characteristics and influencing factors of homestay clusters in Anhui Province,the paper draws the following conclusions:①Homestays in Anhui have formed two highly agglomerated clusters in space;②The cluster of home-stays is obviously unevenly distributed,mainly in southern Anhui and Hefei;③Based on the analysis of 18 influencing factors,it is found that the main influencing factor of the cluster distribution of Anhui homestays is the density of the road network,and the forest coverage rate,the distribution of tourist attractions and the population density also have a significant impact on the cluster distribution of homestays in Anhui.
