基于智能干选和脱粉工艺的选煤厂扩能改造设计

摘要 为了满足矿井生产需求,根据原煤的性质,通过设备、工艺、投资等多方面比选,制定了基于智能干选和脱粉工艺的选煤厂扩能改造设计方案,通过工艺改造设计,选煤厂入洗能力由3.0 Mt/a提升至5.0 Mt/a,达到了设计改造的预期目标。 In order to meet the production needs of the mine,based on the properties of raw coal,a design plan for the expansion and transformation of the coal preparation plant based on intelligent dry separation and powder removal processes has been developed through equipment,process,and investment comparison.Through the process transformation design,the washing capacity of the coal preparation plant has been increased from 3.0 Mt/a to 5.0 Mt/a,achieving the expected goal of the design transformation.
