摘要
介绍了青龙寺煤矿煤矸石的基本性质及资源化利用途径,选取青龙寺煤矿5种煤矸石进行水分、灰分、发热量、化学组成、主要微量元素、主要有害元素的检测和分析,讨论了当前硒、镉、锗、镓等微量元素提取的可行性,并论证了提碳、掺烧发电、制砖、制吸附材料几种可能的利用途径,认为青龙寺煤矿煤矸石存在转化利用价值,为后续大规模资源化利用提供可行思路。
This paper introduces the fundamental properties and resource utilization approaches of coal gangue from Qinglongsi coal mine.Five types of coal gangue from the mine were selected for the determination of moisture,ash,calorific value,chemical composition,major trace elements,and main harmful elements.The feasibility of extracting trace elements such as selenium,cadmium,germanium,and gallium was analyzed.The possible utilization pathways,including carbon enrichment,co-firing power generation,brick making,and adsorbent material production,were demonstrated to have transformational value.This study provides feasible ideas for large-scale resource utilization in the future.
