The paper introduces the production situation ofShuguang Coal preparation plant and the problems of unreasonable clean coal product index in production.By adopting measures such as optimizing product structure,improving clean coal yield,increasing economic benefit,stabilizing coal quality,increasing coal output,strengthening management and reducing consumption in each link,the economic benefit has been improved by“reducing cost”and“increasing income”.
