治疗类风湿性关节炎的天然仿生纳米递药系统最新研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 类风湿性关节炎是一种以炎性滑膜炎为主的全身免疫性炎症慢性疾病,大量的炎症细胞或免疫细胞聚集到关节炎症部位,长此以往便造成关节软骨损伤。目前用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的药物由于非靶向性,生物相容性差以及需要长期给药,对患者会造成严重的毒副作用。因此,对类风温性关节炎的靶向治疗是提高治疗效果以及减少给药量的关键措施。天然仿生纳米递药系统已被证明具有低毒性,非免疫原性,高靶向性以及良好的生物相容性。本文就目前用于治疗类风湿性关节炎的天然仿生纳米递药系统的靶向机制及治疗优势进行综述,并对未来天然仿生纳米递药系统的发展趋势及应用进行预测,为该疾病治疗的进一步研究提供科学依据。 Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic immune-inflammatory chronic disease mainly characterized by inflammatory synovitis.A large number of inflammatory cells or immune cells gather in the inflammatory site of the joint,which will cause damage to articular cartilage in the long run.The drugs currently used to treat rheumatoid arthritis can cause serious side effects to patients due to non-targeting,poor biocompatibility,and the need for long-term administration.Therefore,targeted therapy for the disease is a key measure to improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the dosage.Natural biomimetic nano-drug delivery system has been proven to have low toxicity,non-immunogenicity,high targeting,and good biocompatibility,so it has become a hot spot in the field of autoimmune diseases research.This paper reviewed and summarized the targeting mechanism and therapeutic advantages of the natural biomimetic nano-drug delivery system currently used for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by consulting data and literature,and predicted the development trend and application of the natural biomimetic nanomaterial system in the future,so as to provide scientific basis for further research of the disease.
