摘要
提质培优计划是职业教育自我内涵建设和质量提升的重要举措,是我国实现教育强国过程中高质量发展的有效途径。专业协作体是以专业和专业群为核心,由中职、高职、职教本科以及行业企业相同专业共同组建的新型职教联盟。从目前职教集团存在的问题分析出发,结合提质培优供给侧结构性改革要求,总结辽宁省职业教育专业协作体在体制机制建设、专业标准建设、人才培养模式改革、实习实训共享平台、专业教学团队和产学研合作服务平台六个方面的建设经验,形成了典型案例以供同类工作和相关政策性研究参考。
Improving quality and training program is an im-portant measure of vocational education self-connotation con-struction and quality improvement,and an effective way to realize high quality development in the process of education power,The professional cooperative body is a new vocational education alliance with majors and professional groups as the core,which is jointly formed by secondary vocational schools,higher vocational colleges,vocational education undergradu-ates and industrial enterprises with the same majors.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in vocational educa-tion groups,combined with the requirements of supply-side structural reform to improve quality and training,summarizes the construction experience in six aspects:system and mecha-nism construction,professional standards construction,person-nel training mode reform,internship and training sharing platform,professional teaching team and industry-university-research cooperation service platform,and forms a typical case for similar work and relevant policy research reference.
