摘要
为了能够建设成为“产业深度对接、内容动态调整、人才个性培养”的软件专业群,除了理清组群逻辑,深化产教融合外,加强“三教”改革等内涵建设也是迫切需要的。目前,专业群建设不仅面临着产业快速发展、应用型本科挤压及生源质量下降等外部挑战,还存在师资素质不高、教材陈旧落后、教学方式无法满足实践教学需要等内在问题。教师、教材、教法“三教”质量提升是高水平专业群建设的重要切入点。建设结构化教学团队,为教师“赋能”,提升教师素养和职业精神;根据岗位设计案例,作为共用载体将课程有机联系实现项目化教学,推进课堂革命;开发活页式、工作手册式教材,及时更新教材内容与形式,提高技术跟随度。专业组群建设和“三教”改革相辅相成,推动专业高质量发展,实现高技能人才培养。
In order to build a software major group with"deep integration of industries,dynamic adjustment of content,and cultivation of talent personality",it is also urgent to clari-fy the logic of the group,deepen the integration of industry and education,and strengthen the connotation construction of"three education"reform.At present,the construction of ma-jor groups is not only facing external challenges such as rapid industrial development,the compression of applied under-graduate programs,and the decline in student quality,but al-so internal problems such as low teacher quality,outdated teaching materials,and teaching methods that cannot meet the needs of practical teaching.Improving the quality of teachers,textbooks,and teaching methods is an important entry point for improving the quality of talent cultivation and high-level construction of major groups.Build a structured teaching team to empower teachers and enhance their literacy and profes-sionalism,Based on job design cases,as a shared carrier,or-ganically connect courses to achieve project-based teaching and promote classroom revolution.Develop loose leaf and workbook style textbooks,update the content and format of the textbooks in a timely manner,and improve technical fol-low-up.The construction of major groups and the reform of"three education"complement each other,promoting high-quality major development and achieving the cultivation of highly skilled talents.
