党课是所有党员、入党积极分子以及申请加入党组织人员的必修课。党课教育质量关系到参训人员的党性修养,其教育教学过程必须将理想与现实、理论与实践、规范性与灵活性相统一,适应学情,满足学生需求,找准学生兴趣点,创新优化方式方法和评价体系,以良好的教育效果吸引更多学生参与到党课教育之中。

Party lecture is a compulsory course for all party members,active applicants and members who apply to join the party organizations.The quality of party lecture education is related to the party spirit cultivation of the trainees.Its teaching process must integrate ideal and reality,theory and practice,standardization and flexibility,adapt to learning conditions,meet students'needs,identify students'interests,innovate and optimize methods and evaluation systems,and attract more students to participate in party lecture education with good educational effects.
