武钢8号高炉炉况波动的特点及应对措施

摘要 从原燃料质量、煤气流分布和水温差变化等方面,对武钢8号高炉炉况波动的特点及应对措施进行了阐述。认为:(1)原燃料质量的稳定是保证炉况顺行的根本,要重点监控焦炭、烧结矿、喷吹煤的成分变化,高炉操作要根据原燃料质量的变化早调、微调;(2)针对外围条件变化,在中心焦窗畅通的前提下,合理调整两股气流,以风为纲,在炉况顺行的基础上寻找最佳的煤气利用率;(3)控制好水温差,维持合理的操作炉型,炉缸热状态守住铁水温度的底线,无论是炉墙黏结,还是渣皮脱落,充足的炉温和良好的渣铁流动性都是炉况恢复的关键。 The particularity of WISCO No.8 BF condition fluctuation and countermeasures are described from raw material and fuel quality,gas flow distribution and water differential temperature.It is believed:(1)the stability of raw material and fuel quality is essential to ensure smooth running of the furnace;the monitoring should focus on composition variation of coke,sinter and injected pulverized coal;and the furnace operation should be adjusted duly and trimmed according to the change of raw material and fuel quality;(2)under the precondition of sound permeability of the central coke layer,both the central gas flow and edge gas flow should be adjusted in view of the change of peripheral conditions with blasting operation taken as the most priority factor,so as to figure out the optimum gas utilization rate at the premise of ensuring smooth running of the furnace;(3)water differential temperature should be controlled adequately to maintain a proper furnace operating profile;minimum required smelting temperature of hot metal shall be ensured,because sufficient furnace temperature,and good slag and hot metal fluidity are critical for preventing wall accretion and slag skull peel-off,and inevitable for restoring the normal furnace condition.
