摘要
马钢2号高炉进行了多次提高煤比的专题攻关,然而2021年1—11月,2号高炉的平均煤比仍只有149kg/t,为了最大限度地降低消耗,提出了煤比达到165 kg/t的攻关目标。基于2号高炉原燃料条件及设备运行能力,分析了影响煤比提升的限制性因素,确定了攻关方向。通过调整上部装料制度及下部送风参数,得到了合理的煤气流分布,形成了稳定合理的操作炉型;通过调整热制度及造渣制度,得到了均匀活跃的炉缸工作状态。攻关后,2号高炉生产指标大幅提升,煤比由149kg/t提升至169kg/t,燃料比降至505kg/t,利用系数提升至2.83t/(m3·d)。
Masteel tries to increase the coal rate several times in its No.2 BF,but the average coal rate is still only 149 kg/t from January to November 2021.To minimize consumption,a working target of increasing the coal rate to 165kg/t is set up,and the effort direction is determined after considering the conditions of the furnace raw materials and fuels,equipment operation capacity,and analyzing the factors restricting the increase of coal rate.By adjusting the stock charging system and blasting parameters,gas flow is distributed properly and furnace operating profile becomes appropriate and stable.The optimization of the heat system and slagging system activates the hearth uniformly.All the efforts make the production indexes of the furnace greatly improved with the coal rate increased from 149 kg/t to 169 kg/t,the fuel rate dropped to 505 kg/t,and the productivity increased to 2.83(m^(3)·d).
