中华优秀传统文化融入高职院校育人过程中的措施探析

Research on the Measures of Integrating Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture into Higher Vocational Education

中华传统文化是宝贵的精神财富,是国家民族发展的根基,也是提高人才培养质量的重要手段和措施。本文介绍了中华优秀传统文化的深刻内涵及其融入高职院校育人过程中对人才培养的重要意义,分析目前存在的与职业教育不相适应、师资队伍不足、文化实践活动缺乏等问题,提出理论育人、课程育人、师资育人、教材育人、环境育人等措施充分践行传统文化和传统美德,提高人才培养质量。

Chinese traditional culture is a precious spiritual wealth,it is the foundation of the development of the nation and the country,and also is an important measure to improve the quality of the students cultivation.Through introducing the connotation of Chinese excellent traditional culture and its important meanings in the process of cultivating talents in higher vocational colleges,the paper analyzes problems,such as incompatibility with vocational education,insufficient teaching staff and the lack of cultural practice activities.Measures concerning theories,curriculum education,teacher training,textbook connotation,environment construction are proposed to implement traditional culture and traditional virtues,in order to improve the quality of students’cultivation.
