摘要
随着新兴技术催生的科技和产业革命,企业对职业院校的人才培养提出了新的要求。从新工科背景下对高职机电一体化专业学生创新实践能力培养的意义出发,分析目前高职学生创新实践能力培养过程中存在的问题,提出深化教学改革、强化教育师资联动、建立创新实践平台、开展多渠道的综合实践培养路径,实现企业需求和课程教学相融合、创新创业教育与专业教育相融合、专业知识与创新实践相融合、创新创业项目与技术服务相融合的“四元融合”,为当前高职学生创新实践能力的提升提供了参考。
With the technological and industrial revolution accelerated by emerging technologies,enterprises have put forward new requirements for talent training in vocational colleges.It clarifies the necessity of cultivating innovative practice ability of students majoring in mechatronics in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the current situation and problems of innovative practice training of students in higher vocational colleges,puts forward the implementation path of deepening teaching reform,strengthening the linkage of education teachers,establishing innovative practice platform,and carrying out multi-channel comprehensive practice,realizes the“four-element integration”of enterprise needs and teaching content,innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,theoretical knowledge and innovation practice,and innovation and entrepreneurship projects and technical services,which provides a reference for the improvement of innovative practical ability of current vocational students.
