青岛市儿童监护人对智慧化预防接种门诊服务的满意度调查

Satisfaction with intelligent vaccination clinic services among children’s guardians in Qingdao city

目的 了解青岛市儿童监护人对智慧化预防接种门诊服务的满意度及其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法于2022年6-8月在青岛市247家智慧化预防接种门诊选择儿童监护人,开展问卷调查,分析儿童监护人对门诊服务的满意度及其影响因素。结果 儿童监护人对智慧化预防接种门诊服务的总体满意度为95.53%(2 391/2 503),对7项评价项目的满意度在94.97%-97.08%之间。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,本地户籍、城镇居住、所在门诊每周开诊3-5d和6-7d的儿童监护人对智慧化预防接种门诊服务总体满意度更高,本科及以上文化程度、居住地至门诊距离>4km的儿童监护人的总体满意度更低。结论 青岛市儿童监护人对智慧化预防接种门诊服务的总体满意度较高;需加强对重点监护人及其儿童的精细化预防接种服务。

Objective To determine satisfaction of immunization services in intelligent vaccination clinics among children’s guardians,and factors influencing satisfaction in Qingdao city.Methods We used a convenience sampling method to select guardians in any of 247 intelligent vaccination clinics from April to August 2022 for a questionnaire-based survey.We determined levels of guardians’satisfaction with clinic services and factors influencing satisfaction.Results Overall satisfaction with intelligent vaccination clinic services was 95.53%(2391/2503);satisfaction with 7 types of services ranged from 94.97%to 97.08%.Multivariate logistic regression showed that satisfaction was high among local residents,urban area residents,and those who attended vaccination clinics that were open 3-5 days or 6-7 days a week.Satisfaction was lower among guardians with bachelor's degrees or above and whose homes were>4 kilometers from the clinic.Conclusions Children's guardians were highly satisfied with intelligent vaccination clinic services in Qingdao.Vaccination services for guardians and their children should continue to be enhanced.
