针灸治疗干眼的临床研究进展

随着电子产品的普及,社会环境的变化,干眼的患病人数不断上升,目前对于干眼还未有特效治疗方法,针灸作为祖国医学精粹,治疗干眼效果显著,临床常用方法有针刺、灸法、针灸联合等,从疗效来看,既可通过辨证选穴,治以滋阴清热,调和气血,又可调节全身阴阳,扶正祛邪;从安全性来说,避免了药物可能的毒副作用,绿色安全。而不同的针刺方式,针刺联合应用可见较好的疗效,为临床提供了多种治疗手段,且远期疗效持久,既可减轻患者的医疗支出,又在一定程度上缓解了社会经济负担。

With the popularization of electronic products and the change of social environment,the number of patients with dry eyes is rising.At present,there is no specific treatment method for dry eyes.As the quintessence of Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion has a significant effect on dry eyes.The commonly used clinical methods include acupuncture,moxibustion,and acupuncture and moxibustion combination.From the perspective of efficacy,both acupoints can be selected based on syndrome differentiation to nourish Yin and clear heat,harmonize Qi and blood,and regulate the whole body's Yin and Yang,strengthen the vital Qi and eliminate evil;From a safety perspective,it avoids potential toxic side effects of the drug and is green and safe.Different acupuncture methods,combined acupuncture,have shown good therapeutic effects,providing multiple treatment methods for clinical practice,and the long-term efficacy is long-lasting.It can not only reduce patients'medical expenses,but also alleviate the social and economic burden to a certain extent.
