摘要
为确保产品质量,大型企业中粮集团积极实施食品行业全产业链发展战略,将企业内部的所有部门纵向打通、横向协同,严格控制产品生产关键环节,成效显著。然而,食品行业全产业链在中国实施的时间并不长,学界对食品行业全产业链的研究尚少。以中粮集团为例来研究全产业链战略布局,具有典型性。基于相关文献综述分析全产业链,梳理中粮集团实施全产业链的历史脉络及其运营行为,从不同角度考察中粮的财务绩效,评价全产业链实施效果,并提出相关的优化路径,对其他行业采取全产业链方案,提高核心竞争力具有参考价值。
In order to ensure product quality,COFCO(China National Cereals,Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation)has actively implemented the development strategy of the whole industrial chain in the food industry,with coordination both within and between departments of the enterprise,and strict control of the key links of production,making remarkable progresses.However,we are faced with some problems,such as the short history of the implementation of the whole food industry chain in China,and scarcity of the relevant studies on it.This paper takes COFCO as an example to study the strategic layout of the whole industrial chain.The whole industry chain is reviewed based on relevant literature.The history of implementation and the operation behavior in COFCO are analyzed.The financial performance is analyzed from different perspectives,for us to evaluate the implementation effect of the whole industry chain and put forward paths for optimization,providing reference for other industries to adopt the whole industry chain plan to improve their core competitiveness.
