大学生在线持续学习行为影响因素的实证研究

摘要 学习者的持续学习行为对其在线学习质量至关重要。为明晰大学生在线持续学习的深层动因,以某省重点高校216名学生为研究对象,对在线课程环境下大学生持续学习行为的影响因素进行实证研究。一方面,设计“在线课程环境下大学生持续学习行为影响因素调查问卷”,通过问卷调查筛选影响大学生在线持续学习行为的主要因素;另一方面,采用结构方程模型和回归分析法,探索各因素之间的作用路径,构建影响因素的关系结构模型。研究表明,教师助学、平台功能与服务、课程的设计与质量、感知有用性、学习目标与内部动机、知识基础、持续学习意向和社会评价是影响大学生在线持续学习行为的主要因素,其中平台功能与服务和教师助学是根本影响因素、持续学习意向和社会评价是直接影响因素、课程设计与质量是核心影响因素。因此,可以通过加强教师的在线指导与关怀、学习平台的支持服务、在线课程的设计与开发和在线学习品质的培养,促进大学生持续参与在线学习。 The continuous learning behavior of learners is critical to the quality of online learning.In order to explore the deep motivation of continuous online learning of college students,the researchers conducted an empirical study on the influencing factors of continuous learning behavior of 216 students of a provincial key university.The researchers designed the questionnaire on the influencing factors of university students’continuous online learning behavior,in order to identify the major influencing factors;adopted the structural equation model and regression analysis,in order to explore the influencing mechanism of these factors,and construct the model of relationship between them.The results show that the main influencing factors of university students’continuous online learning behavior include:teacher’s assistance,functions and services of the platform,design and quality of courses,perception of usefulness,learning goals and internal motivation,knowledge basis,intention of continuous learning and social evaluation.Among them,functions and services of platform and teacher’s assistance are the fundamental influencing factors;intention of continuous learning and social evaluation are the direct influencing factors;and the design and quality of courses are the core influencing factors.Therefore,it is necessary for us to improve teachers’online instruction and guidance,support of online learning,design and development of online courses,and the quality of online learning,so as to facilitate the college students’online learning.
