基于模糊层次分析和偏离度的无人机作战效能评估

摘要 针对传统主客观赋权方法没有从系统学的角度评估武器装备系统存在的“木桶效应”和“反木桶效应”,提出在模糊层次分析法基础上结合偏离度确定评估指标动态权值的方法,并构建了系统效能评估权重配置模型。该模型继承了主客观赋权法的优点,不仅弥补了其他赋权法确定权值时不具备自适应性的缺陷,还解决了目前系统效能评估指标体系中权重配置不准确、不合理的问题。将权重配置模型应用于察打一体型无人机作战效能评估。仿真结果表明,该模型在评估指标上具有比对比方法更高的准确度,指标值更加具有合理性和科学性,且评估误差和绝对误差相对稳定且较小,模型比较可靠。 As the subjective-objective weighting method fails to assess the"barrel effect"and"anti-barrel effect"of the weapon and equipment system from the systematics perspective,the method of determining the dynamic weights of evaluation metrics based on fuzzy hierarchical analysis combined with the deviation degrees is proposed,and the configuration model of the effectiveness evaluation weight of the system is constructed.The model inherits the advantages of the subjective-objective weighting method,which not only makes up for the defect that other assignment methods do not have the self-adaptability in determining weights,but also solves the problems of inaccurate and unreasonable configuration of weights in the current system effectiveness evaluation index system.The weight configuration model is applied to the reconnaissance and strike(R/S)UAV combat effectiveness assessment,the simulation results show that the model has higher accuracy than the comparison method in evaluation indexes,the index value is more rational and scientific,the evaluation error and the absolute error are relatively stable and small,so the model is relatively reliable.
