钟远鸣教授中西医结合诊治神经根型颈椎病学术经验

Professor Zhong Yuanming’s Experience in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

广西名中医钟远鸣教授在脊柱骨伤疾病的临床诊治方面多有建树,是广西中西医结合骨伤学科带头人,在神经根型颈椎病(CSR)诊治方面积累了丰富的临床与学术经验。钟远鸣教授将中医学中的骨伤科经典理论引入现代脊柱外科学中,在“气伤痛”理论基础上,创新性地揭示电针治疗CSR作用靶点及镇痛机制,并据此创建了CSR的“辨证方、顺向牵、经筋推、远端穴、静力操”五步综合防治系统,用之临床,屡获良效。

Professor Zhong Yuanming,a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in Guangxi,has made achievements in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of spinal bone injury and is a leader of orthopedics and traumatology in integrated Chinese and western medicine in Guangxi.Professor Zhong Yuanming has accumulated abundant clinical and academic experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR).Professor Zhong Yuanming introduced the classical TCM theory of orthopaedics and traumatology into modern spinal surgery.According to the theory of qi stagnation causing pain,he innovatively revealed the therapeutic targets and pain-relieving mechanism of electro-acupuncture for CSR and built a five-step comprehensive prevention and treatment system for CSR.Being composed of medication based on syndrome differentiation,traction therapy,massage along meridians and collaterals,acupuncture and moxibustion at distal acupoints,and static exercise,this system has achieved satisfactory effects in clinical practice.
