浅析麻黄附子细辛汤及其临床运用

A Brief Analysis of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and its Clinical Application

《伤寒论》301条之麻黄附子细辛汤为温阳发表之峻剂,治疗少阴太阳两感证,功效为温里散寒、助阳解表,此方药物组成仅三味,配伍严谨,临床疗效显著,通过对该方的加减使得临床应用范围得到不断拓展,体现了中医学“辨证论治”的特色优势。故对原方及其加减方近年临床应用体会进行论述,以期为该方的后续研究及临床合理用药提供借鉴。并附病案三则,以与同道探讨交流。

Mahuang Fuzi Xizin Decoction,found in section 301 of the Treatise on Cold Damage,is a potent formula used to warm yang and release exterior and can treat the double invasion syndrome in Shaoyin and Taiyang.It is effective in warming the interior,dispersing cold,assisting yang,and releasing the exterior.Comprising only three Chinese herbal drugs,the formula is characterized by meticulous compatibility and significant clinical efficacy.Its clinical application scope is further expanded through modifications in clinical practice,reflecting the distinctive advantage of treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine.This article discussed the original formula and its modifications in clinical applications in recent years,aiming to offer insights for subsequent development,research,and rational clinical medication of this formula.Additionally,three cases were provided to facilitate discussion and exchange among fellow practitioners.
