针药并用治疗激素不耐受晚发性视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病1例

Acupuncture Combined with Drug Therapy for Hormone-Intolerant Late-Onset Neuromyelitis Optica Spectrum Disorder:Report of One Case

视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)是神经科罕见病、疑难病,具有较高的致残率,临床中病情缠绵,易于复发。目前针对NMOSD的治疗,主要以缓解症状、缩短病程和改善残疾程度为主,尚无根治性治疗手段。课题组采用针药并用结合常规基础治疗治疗了1例AQP4-IgG阳性且对大剂量激素不耐受的晚发性NMOSD患者,不仅临床疗效显著,且在治疗过程中未见明显副作用。现将该例患者的诊疗过程报道如下,以期为晚发性、激素不耐受乃至其它特殊类型的NMOSD患者的临床治疗提供一定的参考。

Neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD)is a rare complicated neurological disease,with a high disability rate,lingering symptoms,and a high recurrence rate.The current treatment of NMOSD mainly aims at relieving symptoms,shortening the disease course,and reducing the disability degree,and the radical therapy remains to be developed.We treated a late-onset NMOSD patient who was AQP4-IgG positive and intolerant to high-dose hormones by combining acupuncture and conventional drug on the basis of the conventional therapy.The combined therapy showed a definite clinical effect and did not cause obvious side effects in the treatment process.We reported the diagnosis and treatment process of this patient,aiming to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of late-onset,hormone-intolerant NMOSD and even other types of NMOSD.
