小柴胡汤加减治疗不明原因反复发热1例

发热是临床常见的症状和体征,其病因复杂,也是临床诊治的重点和难点之一。反复发热属小柴胡汤证中的“往来寒热”证候。本文从1例反复发热的临床病例入手,浅谈小柴胡汤在疾病诊治过程中的应用经验,为临床治疗不明原因反复发热提供思路。

Fever is a common clinical symptom and sign with complex etiology and one of the focus and difficulty in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Repeated fever is a symptom of alternating chills and fever that can be treated by Xiaochaihu Decoction.This article reported a clinical case of repeated fever treated with Xiaochaihu Decoction,aiming to provide ideas for the clinical treatment of unexplained repeated fever.
