摘要
针对传统地轮式播种机因轮子打滑会导致播种均匀程度下降等问题,拟定了一种电机驱动来代替地轮驱动的方法。在Matlab中建立了电机控制数学模型,在Simulink中进行仿真,通过Z-N法完成了对PID控制参数的调整,并且与模糊PID控制算法进行对比,通过二者转速超调量与响应时间的对比可知,PID控制下系统鲁棒性更强,更利于实现精量播种作业。
In order to solve the problems of sowing uniformity decline due to wheel slippage of the traditional ground wheel seeder,a motor drive method is formulated for precision seeding.This study established a mathematical model of motor control in Matlab,simulated in Simulink,completed the adjustment of PID control parameters by Z-N method.Compared with fuzzy PID control,the PID control is more efficient and suitable for seeding operations,and the control accuracy is higher,which can achieve better accurate control effect.
