摘要 党的十八大以来,随着我国“9073”养老服务发展格局和“居家社区机构相协调、医养康养相结合”的养老服务体系的深化发展,物业服务企业提供居家社区养老服务越来越受到政府和社会的关注和支持。国家相继出台了一系列的政策措施鼓励这一模式的发展,全国多地、多个企业也相继探索这一模式。在调研中发现,这一模式的发展仍然存在一些困难,如服务内容单一、专业服务人员缺乏、盈利模式尚不清晰、服务场所利用难等。在此基础上提出政策支持、服务内容、人员培养、可持续发展等方面的建议,以期为“物业+养老”模式的发展提供参考。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the development pattern of"9073"elderly service and the deepening development of the old-age service system of"the coordination of family community institutions and the combination of medical care and health care",the property service enterprises that provide family community care services have attracted more and more attention and support from the government and society.The country has issued a series of policy measures to encourage the development of this model,many places,many enterprises have also explored this model.However,it is found in the investigation that there are still some difficulties in the development of this model,such as single service content,lack of professional service personnel,unclear profit model,difficult use of service places,etc.On this basis,this paper puts forward suggestions on policy support,service content,personnel training,sustainable development and other aspects,in order to provide reference for the development of"property+pension"model.
