摘要
城管执法模式的滞后致使城管执法问题一直处在舆论的漩涡之中。城管执法物业化模式是对城市治理手段的创新。从现实冲突方面看,该模式存在城市管理物业市场稀缺化、服务外包职能管理薄弱化、服务项目考核评价机制单一化等突出难题;更好发挥城管执法物业化模式的优势,凸显城市治理效能,需要大力培育物业市场合作力,推进治理方式变革;高度重视媒体传播力,发挥城管执法和媒体的良性互动关系;不断完善科学考核力,建立良性评价机制。
the lagging of urban management law enforcement mode has placed the issue of urban management law enforcement to be in a whirlpool of public opinion.The urban management law enforcement property model is an innovation of urban governance methods.From the perspective of actual conflicts,this model has problems such as scarcity of the urban management property market,weakened service outsourcing function management,and simplification of service project evaluation mechanisms;better use the advantages of the urban management law enforcement property model to highlight the effectiveness of urban governance,It is necessary to vigorously cultivate the cooperation of the property market and promote the reform of governance methods;attach great importance to the communication power of the media and give play to the benign interactive relationship with the media;continuously improve the scientific assessment capabilities and establish a benign evaluation mechanism.
