摘要
传统工艺具备文化和技术双重属性,因此,注重技术技能人才培养的高职设计教育在传统工艺高素质传承人才队伍的培养上更具优势。文章提取湖湘传统工艺中的“工匠精神”“造物智慧”“美学内涵”“手工劳作”4个核心元素,论证其德、智、美、劳4个方面的教育价值,以此为中心,通过“融入课程内容,构建特色课程体系”“融入资源建设,推动教学高效实施”“融入多样活动,助力教学成果内化”3条路径构建大国工匠全面培养的新模式,着力培育新时代全面发展的高职设计人才,推动湖南高职设计教育高质量发展。
Traditional craftsmanship has dual attributes of culture and technology,therefore,higher vocational design education that emphasizes the cultivation of technical and skilled talents has more advantages in cultivating a high-quality talent team for inheriting traditional craftsmanship.This paper extracts the four core elements of traditional craftsmanship in Hunan,including“craftsman spirit”“creation wisdom”“aesthetic connotation”and“manual labor”,and demonstrates its educational value in four aspects:morality,intelligence,beauty and labor,centered around this,through the three paths of“integrating curriculum content,constructing a distinctive curriculum system”“integrating resource construction,promoting efficient teaching implementation”and“integrating diverse activities to help internalize teaching achievements”a new model for the comprehensive cultivation of craftsmen in major countries is constructed,focusing on cultivating comprehensive development of vocational design talents in the new era,and promoting the high-quality development of vocational design education in Hunan.
