Exploration of the“triple mentorship system”in the development of talent in textile engineering education under the background of engineering education professional certification

在工程教育专业认证和立德树人的教育背景下,选择三导师制模式对纺织工程专业的学生进行培养,提高学生的综合素质和技术能力,有利于培养符合工程教育的复合型人才。通过实行“事务导师+科研导师+行业导师”的三导师制育人模式,建构“德育+学术+技术”的人才培养框架,提升学生的思想素质、科研素养和技术能力,促进学生全面发展。

Under the background of engineering education and cultivation of students’moral character,the adoption of triple mentorship system in the field of textile engineering aims to enhance students’overall qualities and technical abilities,which is beneficial for cultivating versatile talents in line with engineering education.By implementing the“task mentor,research mentor and industry mentor”triple mentorship system,the talent cultivation framework integrating moral education,academia and technology is constructed to enhance students’ideological qualities,scientific research literacy,and technical capabilities,and promote their comprehensive development.
