摘要
饮食知识在中国文化中具有重要地位,在目录学视角下,通过分析从《汉书·艺文志》到《清史稿·艺文志》各个时期饮食文献在正史史志目录中的类目设置与演变,进而了解饮食知识的演变以及中华饮食文化的发展。历史上官方组织以及个人对书目编纂作出了较大贡献,总体上饮食文献在中国古代正史史志目录中大致经历了一个从分属道、农、医到集中于农、医之下再到独立成类的过程。
Diet knowledge plays an important role in Chinese culture.From the perspective of bibliography,the evolution of diet knowledge and the development of Chinese diet culture can be understood by analyzing the category setting and evolution of diet literature in the catalogue of official historical records from“Bibliography in the Book of Han”to“Bibliography in the Draft of Qing Dynasty History”.In history,official organizations and individuals have made a lot of contributions to the compilation of bibliography.On the whole,the diet literature in the catalogue of ancient Chinese official historical records has undergone a process from being divided into Taoism,agriculture and medicine to being concentrated under agriculture and medicine,and then to independent categorization.
