乡村振兴视角下的农民本地发展影响因素探究

Exploring the Influencing Factors of Farmers'Local Development Based on the Perspective of the Rural Revitalization

农民作为乡村振兴的主体,是乡村振兴战略实施的重要保证。由于城乡发展的不平衡,农村面临着人才流失的问题,留不住人才成为制约农村经济发展的重要因素。因此,分析农民立足乡土发展意愿对于提高农民本地发展的积极性有重要意义。本文基于实证研究,通过调查平凉市农民进行本地发展的意愿,结合实地走访和文献研究,梳理了8个可能影响农民立足乡土发展的因素,进而运用卡方检验、交叉分析和效应量化分析来分析这些影响因素。研究发现:农民个体年龄、受教育程度、经济收入以及非农业的就业条件对其本地发展意愿具有显著影响,并且得到了相应结论。

As the main body of rural revitalization,farmers are a crucial guarantee for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Due to the imbalance between urban and rural development,rural areas are facing a big problem in terms of brain drain,and the inability to retain talent has become an essential factor that restricts the development of the rural economy.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the farmers'willingness to base themselves on rural development to enhance their enthusiasm for local development.This paper investigates the willingness of farmers for the local development in Pingliang City based on empirical research,combines with field visits and literature research,and sorts out 8 factors that may affect farmers'foothold in local development,using chi-square test,cross-tabulation,and quantitative effects analysis to analyze these affecting factors.Through research,it is found that the individual farmers'age,educational level,economic income,and non-agricultural employment conditions have a significant impact on their local development willingness,drawing the corresponding conclusions.
