A Brief Introduction to Abilitism

能力主义在全球的兴起与经济社会发展和科学技术进步等联系密切。能力出效益的管理理念、创新能力引领的发展理念为主的能力管理论,能力至上的教育理念、博深结合的专业理念、个性能力的发展理念为主的能力教育论,能力作为效用测评的工具、能力作为利益获取的手段为主的能力评价论共同构成了能力主义的基本要义。要正视能力主义的实用性、个人性、逐利性等特性,并从强化问题意识、完善制度设计、加强能力驱动等方面来发挥能力主义的正向作用,以更好地促进人的全面发展。

The rise of abilitism is closely related to economic and social development and scientific and technological progress.Abilitism contains the following elements:the ability management theory with the management concept of ability producing benefits,and the ability development concept dominated by innovation ability as the core;the ability education theory with the education concept of ability first,the professional concept of the combination of broad and deep ability,and the development concept of individual ability as the core;and the capability evaluation theory with ability as the tool of utility evaluation and the means of obtaining benefits.It is necessary to focus on the practicable,individual,and profit-seeking features of abilitism,and give full play to the positive role of abilitism from aspects of strengthening problem consciousness,perfecting system design,and strengthening ability driving,so as to better promote the all-round development of human beings.
