基于著译编三维主体的我国童书外译出版研究

Research on Translation and Publishing of Children's Books in China in the Context of High-level"Going Abroad"in the Publishing Industry:From the Three-dimensional Subject Perspective of Authoring,Translation and Editing

童书外译出版具有重要的战略意义,是我国出版业高水平“走出去”和出版强国建设的重要抓手,是中华优秀文化域外传播的重要方式,也以其独特优势助力人类命运共同体建设,具有深远、长久的文化传播和融汇导引价值。当前我国童书外译出版在主观因素方面存在缺乏生产普适性原创内容的作者、高水平的童书译者和具有国际视野的编辑人才等不足。实现童书外译出版高质量发展,首要在于构筑“著译编相长”的内容生产机制,确立著译编三维主体在内容生产机制中的核心价值与意义,其中作者主体应着力培养“世界性”创作思维与能力,译者主体应基于“儿童”意识提升外译水平,编辑主体则要发挥好“统筹”与“桥梁”作用。

The translation and publication of children's books overseas are of strategic importance,and is a significant means of achieving a high level of"going abroad"publication and building a strong publishing nation.It is an ideal medium to disseminate the best of Chinese culture abroad,and also contributes to build a community with a shared future for mankind with its unique advantages.It has far-reaching and long-lasting significance for cultural dissemination and integration.At present,the overseas publication and translation of Chinese children's books suffers from three shortages:a lack of authors to produce universal original content,a lack of high-level translators and a deficiency of editorial talents with an international perspective.In order to achieve the high-quality development of children's books published and translated overseas,the primary task is to construct a content production mechanism of"the mutual boost between author,editor and translator"and establish the core value and significance of the three subjects,in which the subjects of authors should focus on cultivating a"global"creativity and ability,the subjects of translators should improve their translation into foreign languages and base their work on"children's awareness",and the subjects of editors should play their roles as""coordinators"and"bridged".
