2种三苯胺衍生物的合成与生物成像研究

摘要 本文通过缩合反应,合成了2种三苯胺衍生物TP-NH和TP-NO,使用HNHR、ESI-MS进行了结构表征,通过对比2种化合物在不同极性溶剂中的紫外吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱,对其光学性质进行了分析,研究了2种化合物的聚集诱导荧光增强特性。通过扫描电子显微镜,观察了2个化合物在不同溶剂中的形貌特征。发光较好的TP-NH已成功应用于肿瘤细胞和斑马鱼荧光染色。研究结果表明,2种三苯胺衍生物都具有较好的光学和细胞成像应用前景。 In this paper,two triphenylamine derivatives TP-NH and TP-NO were synthesized by condensation reaction.Their structures were characterized by HNMR and ESI-MS.By comparing the UV absorption spectra of the two compounds in different polar solvents,the optical properties of the two compounds were analyzed by fluorescence emission spectra.The aggregation-induced fluorescence enhancement properties of the two compounds were investigated.The morphology of the two compounds in different solvents was observed by scanning electron microscopy.Among them,TP-NH with better fluorescence was successfully applied to the fluorescent staining of tumor cells and zebrafish.The study results showed that two triphenylamine derivatives had good optical and cellular imaging applications prospect.
