摘要
在低渗超低渗透油藏中,空气泡沫驱油技术具有改善储层的渗流特性、提高油田采收率的作用。但是随着油田开发时间的延长,空气泡沫驱油系统会出现严重的腐蚀问题,尤其是高含氧驱油系统中的氧腐蚀问题,会大幅度缩短驱油系统的使用寿命,甚至会导致油田停产,造成严重的经济损失,因此在空气泡沫驱油的过程中,选择合适的防腐措施十分重要。本文分析了空气泡沫驱油的腐蚀因素及机理,提出了针对性的防腐措施,以有效缓解驱油过程中的腐蚀问题。
Air foam flooding technology could improve reservoir seepage characteristics and enhance oil recovery in low permeability and ultra-low permeability reservoirs.However,with the extension of oilfield development time,serious corrosion problems would occur in air foam flooding system,especially in high oxygen content flooding system.It would greatly reduce the service life of the oil displacement system,and even lead to oil field shutdown and serious economic losses.Therefore,it was very important to choose appropriate anti-corrosion measures in the process of air foam flooding.By analyzing the corrosion factors and mechanism of air foam flooding,targeted anti-corrosion measures were proposed to effectively alleviate the corrosion problems in the process of oil flooding.
