磷酸铁锂正极废料除钛的研究进展

摘要 本文总结了废旧磷酸铁锂正极材料除钛的研究现状,简要介绍了各除钛方法的原理和优势和劣势,提出了深度除钛技术的发展趋势。萃取法的处理量大,但存在平衡时间长、萃取率低等缺点,限制了其产业化应用。络合法具有流程简单等优势,但存在选择性差、Fe组分损失量大等问题。水解沉淀法的除钛效果佳,但FePO4的回收率低。诱导结晶法克服了水解沉淀法的不足,并强化了除钛效果,具有工业化应用前景。 The research process in titanium removal for lithium iron phosphate cathodes were systematically summarized in this paper,and the development trend of deep copper removal technology was put forward via briefly instruction of the principles,advantages and disadvantages of various titanium removal methods.Among them,extraction method had a large processing capacity,but it also had some drawbacks such as long balancing time and low extraction rate,limiting the industrial application.Complexation method had the advantages of simple process,but it had the poor selectivity,large loss of iron component and so on.Hydrolysis precipitation method precipitation had the advantage of sufficient titanium removal,but it also had the deficiency of low recovery of FePO_(4).The induced crystallization method overcomed the deficiency of hydrolysis precipitation method and strengthened the effect of titanium removal,indicating the prospect of industrial application.
