新型血流导流器及其血流动力学特性分析

New type of blood flow deflector and its hemodynamic characteristics analysis

摘要 血管搭桥术是治疗狭窄型心血管疾病最常用的方法,但术后会面临血管内形成血栓和内膜增生的问题。旋动流能够改善血管中的血流动力学环境,减小血栓形成的风险。文章研究了一种新型血流导流器,并使用数值模拟的方法分析了导流器的血流动力学特性。研究发现:新型导流器能够显著增强宿主血管内的旋动流,与宿主血管等径的小螺距导流器诱导旋动流的效果更好;新型导流器还能够增加其下游的壁面剪切应力,降低血管下游血液的震荡剪切指数和相对停留时间,大幅改善宿主血管内的血流动力学环境。从而,为提高人造血管的术后表现和血管介入器械的开发提供新的思路。 Vascular bypass surgery is the most commonly used method for the treatment of stenotic cardiovascu-lar disease,but it will face the problem of intravascular thrombosis and intimal hyperplasia after surgery.Studies have found that spiral flow can improve the hemodynamic environment in blood vessels and reduce the risk of thrombosis.In this study,a new type of diverter is proposed and its hemodynamic characteristics are analyzed by numerical simulation.The results show that the new type of diverter can significantly enhance the spiral flow in the host blood vessel,and the effect of inducing spiral flow with the small pitch guide with the same diameter of the host blood vessel is better.In addition,the new type of diverter can also increase the wall shear stress downstream,reduce the oscillatory shear index and relative residence time in the region,and greatly improve the hemodynamic environment in the host blood vessel,providing new ideas for improving the postoperative performance of artificial blood vessels and the development of vascular interventional devices.
