摘要
天津市双城间绿色生态屏障区规划是京津冀环首都生态屏障带的重要组成部分,通过科学的评价方法对屏障区内村庄进行生态化评价是指导屏障区内村庄生态化建设的主要依据.根据天津市双城绿色生态屏障区内规划保留村庄的实际调研情况,基于经济社会环境、市政工程规划、村域空间环境、能源与生态环境四方面构建天津市绿色屏障区内村庄生态化指标评价体系.并采用AHP层次分析法进行影响因子权重计算,对现阶段天津市双城绿色生态屏障带内规划保留村庄的生态化水平进行定量评价和分析.研究结果表明:村庄风貌、生态设施建设、居住满意度、生态环境治理是影响天津市生态屏障区内保留村庄的生态化水平评估的主要因素.
The planning of green ecological barrier area of Shuangcheng in Tianjin is an important part of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei ecological barrier belt around the capital.The ecological evaluation of villages in the barrier area through scientific evaluation methods is the main basis for guiding the ecological construction of villages in the barrier area.It helps to accurately grasp the main problems of rural ecological construction in the green barrier area in the early stage,and also helps to provide corresponding technical routes for the ecological evaluation of rural villages in the later stage.According to the actual investigation of the planned reserved villages in the Shuangcheng green ecological barrier area of Tianjin,an ecological index evaluation system of villages in the green barrier area of Tianjin is constructed based on the four aspects of economic and social environment,municipal engineering planning,village spatial environment,energy and ecological environment.AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight of influencing factors,and the ecological level of planned reserved villages in the green ecological barrier zone of Shuangcheng in Tianjin is quantitatively evaluated and analyzed.The results show that the village style,ecological facilities construction,residential satisfaction and ecological environment governance are the main reasons affecting the ecological level evaluation of retained villages in the ecological barrier area of Tianjin.
