摘要
以国航股份飞行模拟训练基地二期建设项目中的单体建筑——星空大讲堂为例,提出了一种根据结构的受力特点依次拆除临时支撑的施工卸载方案.通过采用有限元软件对施工卸载过程进行数值模拟分析,并对其在施工卸载过程中关键杆件的内力及变形进行实时监测,将获得的实时监测数据与有限元数值模拟结果进行对比分析.结果显示,实时监测数据与有限元数值模拟结果吻合度较好,表明该结构施工卸载过程使用有限元法模拟和监控实施的正确性与合理性.
Based on the example of the monomer building:the star lecture hall of Air China Stock Flight simulation training base phase II construction project,this paper proposes an unloading plan of the temporary support construction according to the loading features of the structure.Through numerical simulation analysis of the unloading process by adopting finite element software,and the real-time monitoring of the internal force and deformation of the key links in the unloading process of the construction,the real-time monitoring data were compared with the finite element numerical simulation results.The results show that the real-time monitoring data is in good agreement with the finite element numerical simulation results,which indicates that the finite element method is correct and reasonable to simulate and monitor the unloading process of the structure.
