农村家庭养老供需匹配实证研究

Empirical Study on the Matching Between Supply and Demand ofRural Families for the Elderly

基于对天津市农村老年人调查数据,运用文献分析法建立由经济供养、日常照料、医疗保健以及精神慰藉构成的一级要素体系和由一级要素下的11个子要素构成的二级要素体系;建立农村家庭养老服务供需匹配模型,对农村老年人的家庭养老服务供需匹配情况进行实证分析.结果表明,总体上,农村家庭养老服务供需失衡,供需匹配度由高到低依次为精神慰藉、日常照料、医疗保健和经济供养,各项家庭养老服务供需匹配度在不同特征的老年人之间存在差异.据此,提出缓解供需失衡问题的建议.

Based on the survey data of the rural elderly in Tianjin,a first-level factor system composed of economic support,daily care,medical care as well as spiritual consolation and a second-level factor system composed of 11 sub-factors under the first-level factor were established by literature analysis.A matching model of supply and demand of rural family elderly services was also established.An empirical analysis was made on the matching of supply and demand of rural elderly family pension services.The results show that,on the whole,there is an imbalance between the supply and demand of rural family elderly care services,and the matching degree of supply and demand from high to low is spiritual consolation,daily care,medical care and economic support.The matching degree of various family elderly care services is different among the elderly with different characteristics.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to alleviate the imbalance between supply and demand.
