线上线下一体化孕期营养监测并体重管理对妊娠结局的影响

Effects of online and offline integrated nutritional monitoring and weight management during pregnancy on gestational outcome

目的探讨孕期营养检测系统结合孕期体重管理公众号进行孕期全程管理对母婴结局及孕妇依从性的影响。方法选择2021年4月至2022年3月在日照市中心医院产科就诊及分娩的过程中采用线上线下一体化孕期管理的孕妇200例为研究对象(观察组),另选取同时间段就诊分娩中只进行产科门诊的常规产检和健康教育的同年龄段200例孕妇为对照组。比较两组孕妇的孕期并发症、剖宫产率、新生儿情况、体重增长达标率及依从性等差异。结果与对照组相比,观察组的妊娠期糖尿病(11.5%vs.19.0%)、妊娠期高血压疾病(3.5%vs.7.5%)、剖宫产率(32.0%vs.44.5%)及巨大儿发生率(5.5%vs.10.5%)均显著下降(P<0.05),体重增长达标率(81.5%vs.48.5%)及孕妇依从性则显著提高(P<0.01)。两组间的足月低体重儿比例无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论采用孕期营养监测系统结合孕期体重管理公众号连续体重管理模式能够提高孕妇依从性,利于妊娠期健康,也利于改善围产结局。

Objective:To explore the effects of pregnancy management with pregnancy nutrition detection system combined with official account of pregnancy weight management on maternal and infant outcomes and pregnant women compliance.Methods:Two-hundred pregnant women who used online and offline integrated pregnancy management in the process of obstetric treatment and delivery in Rizhao Central Hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as research objects(observation group).Another 200 pregnant women with the same age who underwent routine obstetric outpatient examinations and health education during delivery in the same time period were selected as the control group.The pregnancy complications,cesarean section rate,neonatal situation,weight gain to standard rate and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the incidence of gestational diabetes(11.5%vs.19.0%),gestational hypertension(3.5%vs.7.5%),cesarean section(32.0%vs.44.5%)and macrosomia(5.5%vs.10.5%)in observation group decreased significantly(P<0.05).The weight gain compliance rate(81.50%vs.48.5%)and the compliance of pregnant women in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the proportion of full-term low birth weight infants between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:The pregnancy nutrition monitoring system combined with official account of pregnancy weight management of continuous weight management mode is beneficial for pregnancy health and also for improving perinatal outcomes.
