摘要
卵巢早衰是一种在40岁之前出现卵巢功能衰竭的生殖内分泌疾病。富血小板血浆是将动物或人的全血经过离心后去除红细胞及白细胞得到的富含高浓度血小板的血浆。近年来,许多研究表明富血小板血浆对卵巢具有保护作用。本文就卵巢早衰机制,富血小板血浆在氧化应激、卵泡发育、信号通路等层面对卵巢的作用等最新研究作一综述,探究富血小板血浆治疗卵巢早衰研究进展。
Premature ovarian failure(POF)is a reproductive endocrine disease occurs before the age of 40.Platelet-rich plasma is a plasma rich in high concentrations of platelets obtained by centrifuging whole blood of animals or humans to remove red blood cells and white blood cells.In recent years,many studies have shown that platelet-rich plasma has a protective effect on the ovary.This paper reviews the mechanism of premature ovarian failure,the effect of platelet-rich plasma in oxidative stress,follicle development,signaling pathways and other aspects of ovarian function,and explores the research progress of platelet-rich plasma in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.
