经阴道超声评估子宫内膜容受性的应用研究进展

Progress of endometrial receptivity evaluated by transvaginal ultrasonography

胚胎的成功着床依赖于优质胚胎、良好的子宫内膜容受性及两者之间的同步发育。子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜接受并容纳胚胎的能力,内膜容受性低下会造成胚胎着床失败,是不孕症以及辅助生殖治疗失败的主要原因。近年来,评估子宫内膜容受性的超声技术与指标也由形态学描述到生理学特征描述过渡。本文就近年来经阴道超声评估子宫内膜容受性的临床研究进行综述,总结子宫内膜的形态学、生理学和血流灌注指标,以及多模态超声在评价子宫内膜组织形态学及其与子宫内膜容受性的关系的应用,以期找到最合适的评价子宫内膜容受性的方法和指标,为后续的临床研究和应用提供参考和帮助。

Successful embryo implantation depends on the high-quality embryos,good endometrial receptivity and synchronous development of both.Endometrial receptivity refers to the competence of endometrium to accept and accommodate embryo.Low endometrial receptivity can lead to implantation failure,which is the main reason for infertility and assisted reproductive technology treatment failure.In recent years,ultrasound techniques and indicators for evaluating endometrial receptivity have transitioned from morphological description to physiological characteristics description.This paper reviewed the clinical research on endometrial receptivity assessed by transvaginal ultrasound in recent years,summarized the morphological,physiological and blood perfusion indicators of the endometrium,as well as the application of multimodal ultrasound for evaluating endometrial histomorphology and its relationship with endometrial receptivity,in order to find the best method and index to evaluate the endometrium receptivity,and provide reference and assistance for subsequent clinical research and application.
