摘要
生产安全事故应急演练是检验企业应急能力提升的主要途径,企业在应急演练流程管理上投入了大量精力,但在相关检查和评估过程中,对应急演练流程的记录不完整,具体任务经常会遇到缺项或漏项的问题。规范应急预案演练管理,对应急预案演练的重要实施步骤和工作内容制定统一的工作标准,确保应急演练工作计划、评估、总结、图像等具体工作能够记录和追溯,是遵守国家应急预案演练管理规范和标准的有效途径。
The quality of the produced water from the multi-layer system development in Changqing Oilfield is complicated and has different degrees of incompatibility.In order to meet the requirement of mixed re-injection and improve the re-injection rate,the experimental study of ion exchange technology in water quality modification was carried out,and so was a pilot test.The test results show that calcium and magnesium ions can be reduced to less than 1 mg/L by adopting ion exchange technology after proper pretreatment of the produced water.After the water quality modification,the simulated maximum scaling amount of produced water from layer 1 and produced water from layer 2 is 60%of the mixed ratio scaling amount of clean water mixed with produced water from layer 2.After taking appropriate scale inhibition measures,produced water from layer 1 can replace clean water to be re-injected into layer 2 for petroleum production,and the ion exchange process is applicable to water quality modification or advanced treatment of incompatible produced water from different petroleum reservoirs.
