Change management is one of the core ele-ments of chemical process safety.Relying on informa-tion technology,a change management system based on accident risk has been developed.The system programs include the basic requirements and workflows of change management,which clarifies the change requirements of management,process technology,and equipment facili-ties.Risk analysis scenarios,risk assessment models and risk management measures set in the system provide ef-fective tools for corporate change management.Practice shows that the application of the system can significantly improve the change management performance of chem-ical enterprises,help enterprises to minimize and elimi-nate the production safety accidents caused by changes,and effectively promote the improvement of safety man-agement levels in chemical enterprises.
