高含水和高含机杂老化油处理技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对吐哈油田老化油高含水、高矿化度和高含机杂物性特点,通过室内实验验证了老化油蒸馏脱水具有可行性,找到了适宜的脱水温度、脱水时间和防爆沸措施,掌握了老化油蒸馏脱水关键技术。通过优选设备和管线材质,因地制宜采取大罐沉降脱水、离心预脱水和蒸馏精脱水三段处理工艺,该技术现场累计处理老化油5000 t,处理后原油含水率≤0.3%,污水含油率≤500 mg/L,综合能耗≤80kg标煤/t,应用效果良好。 In view of the characteristics of aged oil with high water content,high salinity and high impurity content in Tuha oilfield,the feasibility of distillation dehydration of aged oil was verified through laboratory tests;the dehydration temperature,dehydration time and anti-explosion boiling measures were found out;the key technologies of distillation dehydration of aged oil were mastered.The materials of equipment and pipe-lines were optimized.According to local conditions,the three-stage treatment process of large tank sedi-mentation dehydration,centrifugal pre-dehydration and distillation dehydration is adopted.The accumulated site treatment of aged oil is 5000t.After treatment,the water content of crude oil is no higher than 0.3%;the oil content of sewage is no higher than 500mg/L;the comprehensive energy consumption is no higher than 80kg standard coal/t;and the field application effect is good.
