Research progress on exercise fear and its influencing factors in patients with heart disease

对运动恐惧的概念及心脏病病人运动恐惧的测评工具、研究现状、影响因素进行综述,以期为临床工作者早期识别和减少心脏病病人运动恐惧提供信息支持,以达到提高病人运动依从性、改善其康复结局的目的。

This paper reviewed the concept,assessment tools,research status and influencing factors of exercise fear,in order to provide information support for clinical workers to identify and reduce exercise fear in patients with heart disease in the early stage,with the aim of increasing patients′exercise compliance and improving their rehabilitation outcomes.
