数字经济对城乡收入差距的影响及其空间溢出效应

The Impact of Rural Digital Economy on Urban-Rural Income Gap and its Spatial Spillover Effect

在数字经济快速发展背景下,农业数字化和农村数字产业化水平随之提高,由此产生的城乡收入差距变化有待探究。通过测度当前农村数字经济发展水平,建立空间计量经济模型分析其对城乡收入差距的区域影响,结果表明:农村数字经济发展水平对城乡收入差距存在先扩大后缩小的影响效应,且部分地区仍处于扩大阶段;该影响效应在不同地区间存在显著的空间溢出性,其他地区农村数字经济发展水平提高有助于缩小本地区的城乡收入差距。据此,应进一步释放农村数字经济发展潜能,推进农村数字经济与区域经济融合发展,加强农村数字经济基础设施建设与维护,完善农业数字化人才培养体系,增强农村数字经济发展的区域联动性。

Under the background of the rapid development of digital economy,the level of agricultural digitalization and rural digital in-dustrialization has increased,and the resulting changes in urban-rural income gap need to be explored.By measuring the current level of rural digital economy development and establishing a spatial econometric model to analyze its regional impact on urban-rural income gap,the main results show that the impact of rural digital economy development level on urban-rural income gap first widens and then narrows.There are significant spillovers of this impact effect between different regions,and the improvement of the level of rural digital economy development in other regions will help narrow the urban-rural income gap in the region.Accordingly,it is proposed to further release the potential of rural digital economy development,promote the integrated development of rural digital economy and cooperative economy,improve rural digital economy infrastructure construction and agricultural digital talent training system,and enhance the re-gional linkage of rural digital economy development.
