当代建筑工程结构复杂,给排水施工难度较大且技术要求相对较高,其中包括管道安装、消防系统安装、排水系统施工等环节,直接关系到建筑后期使用价值和安全性,一旦中途出现问题会导致工程综合成本增加,严重时导致工程验收不合格,工程的实际价值大打折扣。因此,该文探讨建筑给水排水施工的关键技术及特点,并结合施工经验对排水施工技术要点进行深入分析,提出技术管理控制的措施,期望能为建筑给水排水工程施工提供帮助,保障同类工程价值。

Contemporary construction projects have complex structure,and the construction of water supply and drainage is difficult and has relatively high technical requirements,including pipeline installation,fire protection system installation,drainage system construction and other links,which are directly related to the use value and safety of the building in the later stage.Once problems occur in the middle of construction,it will lead to an increase in the comprehensive cost of the project.In serious cases,it will lead to unqualified acceptance of the project,and the actual value of the project will be greatly reduced.Therefore,this paper discusses the key technologies and characteristics of building water supply and drainage construction,deeply analyzes the technical points of drainage construction in combination with construction experience,and proposes measures for technical management and control,hoping to provide help for the construction of building water supply and drainage engineering and ensure the value of similar projects.
