摘要
基坑开挖引起的沉降具有明显的空间效应,对周边建筑物的影响更是工程能否如期结束的关键因素,分析研究基坑竖井及基坑竖井开挖工程中的建筑物沉降对于整个工程的建设来说,具有重大意义。该文以沈阳地铁三好街站为例,利用Midas gts nx建立三维数值分析模型,分析施工过程中的建筑物沉降,得到基坑附近建筑物的沉降规律,为今后的暗挖基坑施工提供规律性指导意见。
The settlement caused by foundation pit excavation has obvious spatial effect,and its influence on surrounding buildings is the key factor to finish the project on schedule.It is of great significance to analyze and study the settlement of buildings in the foundation pit shaft and foundation pit shaft excavation project for the construction of the whole project.Taking the Sanhaojie Station of Shenyang Subway as an example,this paper uses Midas gts nx to establish a three-dimensional numerical analysis model,analyzes the settlement of buildings during construction,and obtains the settlement law of buildings near the foundation pit,which provides regular guidance for future underground-cut foundation pit construction.
