胡以鲁著《国语学草创》是汉语语言学的创始著论,主要由汉语和汉语研究本体,汉语史和汉语史研究本体,汉语语法和语法史论三大本体构成.胡著以心理语言学为研究起点和指南,对语言一般和汉语、词类划分、汉语发展的渐进特点、汉语分析语特点、汉语语法特点等,作了系统而深入的研探.胡著是传统小学、章炳麟语言文字学、马建忠语法学、十九世纪德国语言学理论、叶斯泊森语言理论等的综合运用和研发.

HuYilu's the work is the initiatory writing mainly in-their-selves on the Chinese Language and on the research of the Chinese,and on the history of the Chinese and it's the research,and on the Chinese grammar and it's the theory.Hu's the work took psycholinguistics as a start point and a guide of his research.He made systematic and deep research and exploring on language-general and the Chinese language,and on the Chinese word's part and on the progress step by step of the Chinese language,and on the distinguishing features of the Chinese,and on some of category in the Chinese grammar,etc.Hu's the work was a comprehensive study and distribute development against traditional Xiao Xue(ancient linguistics and study of characters)and ZhangBinglin's the theory of the Chinese language and characters,and MaJianzhong's the study of the Chinese grammar,and the linguistics at 19th century in German,and the linguistics worked by Otto Jespersen.
