图像空间迭代重建技术对胸部低剂量CT扫描图像质量及辐射剂量的影响

Effect of image spatial iterative reconstruction technique on image quality and radiation dose of chest low-dose CT scans

摘要 目的 研究图像空间迭代重建技术在胸部低剂量CT扫描中的价值。方法临床纳入2021年1月—2021年12月期间来我院门诊行胸部CT检查的86例患者作为研究对象,根据不同图像后处理技术分为观察组和对照组,二组各43例。对照组采取滤波反投影技术重建图像;观察组采用图像空间迭代重建技术重建图像,对比各组的辐射剂量[容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)、剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效辐射剂量(ED)]、图像质量、不同层面影像的SD值、图像质量的优良率、图像质量(IQS)评分。结果 二组CTDIvol、DLP、ED比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组伪影、肺部病变显示、噪声、微小结构显示评分均少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组左房中部水平、胸锁关节层面、右膈顶下、气管隆突下水平的SD值均大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组优良率93.02%高出对照组76.74%(P<0.05)。观察组全肺、肺尖、下肺、中肺的IQS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 图像空间迭代重建技术的效果更为显著,能够有效提升图像质量,值得推广。 Objective To study the value of iterative image reconstruction in low-dose CT scan. Methods Eighty-six patients who underwent chest CT from January 2021 to December 2021 were included as the study subjects, According to whether the image space iterative reconstruction technique was applied, it was divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in the two groups.The control group adopted conventional low-dose chest CT scan;the observation group combined the image spatial iterative reconstruction technique based on the control group to compare the radiation dose[volume CT dose index(CTDIvol),dose length product(DLP),effective radiation dose(ED)],the image quality, different levels, SD value of image, excellent rate of image quality, image quality(IQS) score of each group. Results CTDIvol, DLP,and ED in the observation group were lower than the control group(P>0.05).The facts, lung lesion display, noise, and tiny structure display scores were less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The SD values of the left midatrial level, inferior level, sternoclavicular joint level, and the right diaphragm were greater than those of the control group(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate in the observation group was 93.02%,76.74% higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The IQS scores of the whole lung, lung tip, lower lung and middle lung were lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The image space iterative reconstruction technology is more effective, which can effectively reduce the radiation dose and improve the image quality, which is worth popularizing.
