苯选择性加氢制环己烯连续化生产技术方案及实践

摘要 苯选择性加氢制环己烯生产工艺具有绿色环保、副产物少等优点,被广泛用于环己酮、己内酰胺、己二酸等生产。分析了内蒙古庆华集团为保证苯选择性加氢制环己烯生产工艺连续正常运行采取的技术方案:保证原料催化剂具有较高的转化率及选择性;使催化剂能及时恢复活性的在线再生方案;生产过程中及时调整填加各种辅助溶剂,以保证原料苯与Ru-Zn催化剂均匀接触、反应产物环己烯易于从催化剂表面脱附逸出,从而提高原料苯的转化率及选择性。以上技术方案的实施,提高了装置稳定运行时间与生产效率,增加了环己烯产品的经济效益。 The process of selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene has the advantages of environmental protection and less by-products and has been widely used in the production of cyclohexanone,caprolactam,adipic acid,etc.Technical schemes to ensure the continuous operation of the process of selective hydrogenation of benzene to cyclohexene in Inner Mongolia Qinghua Group were analyzed:ensure that the raw catalyst had a high conversion rate and selectivity;an on-line regeneration scheme was carried out to enable the catalyst to restore its activity in time;during the production process,various auxiliary solvents were adjusted and filled in time to ensure the homogeneous contact of raw benzene with Ru-Zn catalyst,and the catalytic reaction product cyclohexene was easy to desorb and escape from the catalyst surface,thus improving the conversion rate and selectivity of raw benzene.The implementation of the above schemes not only improved the stable operation time and production efficiency of the plant,but also increased the economic benefit of cyclohexene product.
